Aesthetic Himalayas Travel Company values your privacy. This policy supplements the HimLocal Platform Privacy Policy and describes how we handle your personal information specific to transactions with us.
When you place an order or booking with Aesthetic Himalayas Travel Company, we receive your: name, phone number, the address or location details needed to fulfil it, and the order or booking details. We do NOT have access to your full payment card details or your account password.
We use your data solely for: (a) fulfilling your order or booking; (b) coordinating fulfilment; (c) handling support, cancellation and refund queries; (d) generating GST-compliant invoices. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing.
We retain order-related data for 7 years as required by GST and taxation laws. Contact and delivery data is purged after the retention period expires.
