Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every activity booked with Aesthetic Himalayas Travel Company. Adventure activities carry inherent risk; please read them before you book.
A booking is confirmed only when we have confirmed your slot in writing. Slots are limited by group size, guide availability and daylight. If we cannot honour a confirmed booking we will offer you the next available slot or a full refund — your choice.
Your booking covers the activity itself, the safety equipment required for it, and a certified guide. It does NOT include travel to the start point, personal insurance, meals, or anything listed as an add-on when you booked. Anything not listed as included is not included.
Participants must be at least 12 years old; under-18s need a parent or guardian present to sign for them. You must tell us BEFORE the activity about any heart condition, respiratory condition, recent surgery, pregnancy, or any injury that affects movement. We may refuse participation on safety grounds — that is a judgement we make for your safety, and it is final.
Your guide is in charge for the duration of the activity. Their instructions are not advice — following them is a condition of taking part. We may end an activity early, without refund, for anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who ignores a safety instruction.
We provide the safety equipment the activity requires and maintain it to the manufacturer's schedule. You must wear it as instructed for the whole activity. You are responsible for equipment lost or damaged through misuse.
We may photograph or film activities. Tell us before you start if you would rather not appear, and we will not use your images.
We are responsible for running the activity competently, with maintained equipment and certified guides. We are NOT liable for injury or loss arising from a condition you did not disclose, from ignoring a guide's instruction, or from events outside our control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.
